I’ve had a really good day today.

I’m not exactly sure why but my confidence has been awesome today, it feels like I haven’t thought a negative thing about myself all day. I haven’t put myself down all day. I haven’t cried all day. I haven’t thought about my flaws. I haven’t hated what I saw in the mirror. I don’t know why I suddenly have confidence, but it feels amazing. It feels so much nicer than hating what I see and crying over the body I have. I hope this stays. I hope I have this confidence tomorrow.
